Refund policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied, we offer exchanges and returns within 14 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in its original packaging. Include a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase (clear image may be included in return email, or paper copy mailed with item). 

To initiate a return or exchange, please email contactus@agapepresents.com. Include your full name, whether you are requesting a return or exchange, reason for the return or exchange, and an image of the item (in cases of damage). 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, and send the replacement item (for exchanges). You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Contact your financial institution for specific timeframes regarding deposits and/or refunds.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Note: Items categorized as Imperfect Treasures are final sales and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Items sent back to us without first initiating a return will not be accepted.
