Standard Order Policy

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipments typically arrive within 5-7 business days after the order has been processed, and is based on the destination. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

Pre-Order Policy
Items marked as Pre-Order are made specifically for your order and require production and curing time. Estimated shipping for pre-orders is 10–14 business days. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
